This is my second attempt at a Supernatural comic…and this is why I shouldn't be allowed to watch television, EVER!

This comic takes place during the season 3 finale. Here's a quick recap of the episode:
The knife Dean is referring to is the magical demon-killing knife which he stole from the demon Ruby. The Winchester boys were trying to leave, without Bobby, to go confront the demon Lilith who holds the contract to Dean's soul.

This entire idea sprang from Bobby's awesome line 'Do I look like a ditch-able prom date to you?' and since Dean was suffering from hallucinations (it being his last day before going to Hell and all that jazz) I thought this little alternate scene would fit quite nicely. :

Oh Bobby, you walked right into that one! But know that I tease you because I love you!

Random notes:

- My biggest challenge with this comic was finding the right colours to emulate the show's mood/atmosphere during a daylight scene. Daylight also forced me to draw backgrounds.
- *Note to self: Make more comics set at night, black backgrounds are my friend.*
- I had tons o' fun with Dean and Sam's facial expressions in this one. I can't get enough of drawing those boys making weird faces!
- I challenge you to watch this episode and NOT picture Bobby in that dress! Now that you've seen it you can't un-see it, such is the awesome television-destroying power of my art!

Technical stuffs:The line art (inks) is good ol' fashioned 2H pencil. The colours, cel-shading and lettering were done in Photoshop 6. My thanks go out to www.supernatural.tv for their lovely gallery of screencaps which were very helpful reference material.
