His skin has been smoothed out a bit more and the hand and feet have been refined. I think I got a pretty good start on his face. I will have to shave it down a little before I continue (adding in some of the facial features has made his head a tad bigger than I want it). I used orange glass beads for the eyes, but they are a darker orange than I would like. I think I will end up painting them a lighter orange once he's been baked in the oven. Now I am dreading having to carve in his teeth since they will still be visible even with a closed mouth. 0_0 The ears might be tricky too.
